Among presentations, ePoster is a novel approach, with an on-line application. In our conference, ePoster could be submitted by participating attendees or it is an opportunity to an enthusiastic members, who couldn't able to attend the event. There is no limit in accepting ePosters and will cover all topics in the sessions in the conference program. The major intension of ePoster is to provide an opportunity to participate.
All ePosters should be prepared in English.
You have to submit abstract in our website and you have to mention ePoster in presentation column and an acceptance letter will be provided through e-mail from the conference scientific committee.
Size of Poster: Pixels: the minimum recommended size is 600 x 500px and the maximum is 2250 x 4000px. File Size should be maximum 4 Megabytes (4MB).
Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the ePoster.
Videos and music cannot be included in the ePoster.
You have to submit your ePoster in PDF Format and it will be uploaded in the ePoster page in the form of PDF.
It has an open access and interested members can download the poster any time.
An ePoster is uploaded only at the end of the conference.
Open access ePosters are available to read for everybody, immediately and permanently: readers have access to your article. This allows a much higher visibility and discoverability of your publication, as there are no restrictions in viewing it.
Two types of abstracts are accepted, scientific based as well as review based and abstract should not exceed 250 words.

Full-length articles will be accepted for publishing and manuscripts, should be submitted within 25 days of conference.
